Private Information
Names, email addresses, account information, private keys, security records, network check-in fingerprints, device-session records, and audit data are used for event operation, eligibility, security, dispute review, and prize verification. They are not sold to third parties and are not used for unrelated marketing.
Public Event Identity
Your Twitch/Kick username may be displayed during the live event, leaderboard, viewer page, stream overlay, and event-related promotional content.
Submitted Profile Photo
If you submit a profile photo for the event, it may be used during the live event and in event-related promotional materials.
Network Check-In Data
At check-in, the backend derives a private network fingerprint to enforce the strict one-network check-in rule. Raw network details are not shown publicly and should not appear in public viewer pages.
Security and Audit Logs
The event records key claims, check-ins, device handoffs, breaks, responses, eliminations, roster actions, voided rounds, and winner-pending status for fairness and dispute review.
Data Sharing
Private information may be used with service providers needed to operate the event platform, verify eligibility, communicate with contestants, or fulfill prizes. It is not sold to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
